our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new single from one of our favourites on the scene, The Sewer Cats with “Answer The Question”! 
ever since we caught them live back in 2019 before the pandemic, and heard their debut EP “Zelda”, we’ve been massive fans of their ferocious energy, driving guitar riffs and no-nonsense lyrics 
they’re a force to be reckoned with live, one of the loudest bands we’ve heard and they’re only a two-piece! absolutely fantastic to see.
this latest single sees them continuing in this fashion, with luscious feedback and distortion everywhere, guitar riffs that really push the track forward and some of the angriest vocals that we’ve heard Cass do yet! 
really pouring the anger into this, it’s a real testament to the underground punk scene and a real declaration towards the actions of the government over the past few years. 
we absolutely love the breakdown too, the riffs and melodies accompany the drums and lovely fills so well and it’s definitely one to check out for anyone who loves a good bit of punk/riot grrrl tunes.
