our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new album “Indefinite, but not Forever” from pillow fort 👊

we’ve covered their previous single “Codename Kids Next Year“, included on the album, and we were in awe of their personal conversationalist tone of their lyrics, with expert musical ability to create such powerful and energetic tunes! 💥

this album sounds incredible, really maintaining that quality of songwriting throughout, flowing between melodic and downbeat numbers to powerful, driving and anthemic tracks – there’s a real flow to the album that sets it apart from the rest, and ensures a full listen is necessary. still maintaining those gorgeous guitar patterns, driving rhythm and powerful vocal taking centre stage, it’s well worth a listen 🤝

you can find the album on all streaming platforms, and you can grab a copy over on Bandcamp at https://pillowfort.bandcamp.com/album/indefinite-but-not-forever – plus vinyl available! 🎧

our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new single “Pleasure Zone” by NALGO BAY! 👊

the Yorkshire Coast three-piece have been making waves across the North East, performing on stages all across the region, headlining festivals and this is their fourth single of the year! ☀️

this single sounds huge, opening with a driving, surf-rock feeling riff that sets the scene for the track, and with powerful rhythm behind it, it gives the main vocal plenty of space to shine on the track. it’s got a ferocious, no-nonsense energy behind it, and builds effortlessly throughout. with an anthemic singalong hook, lovely melodies and excellent production, it’s sure to be on repeat for the rest of 2026! 💥

you can find the track on all streaming platforms, and you can directly support the track by purchasing it on Bandcamp at https://nalgobay.bandcamp.com/track/pleasure-zone 🎧
