our feature for today’s Just The Crust feature is the brand new debut single from Robin Cooper, “Single As You Can Get“!
the Leeds-based songwriter has been making music for a good while in other bands, but this is his first solo offering, mixing indie-rock influences with country-esque styling, bringing various different genres together to create something fresh and exciting
the single sounds fantastic, a real blend of country rock, entwined with tongue in cheek lyricism, there’s a real high energy to the tune that set its apart as a fantastic debut and one to keep an eye on for the future. there’s a luscious bluesy guitar solo too, which only adds even further to the track
you can find the track on all streaming platforms, including on Spotify at https://open.spotify.com/artist/0uJWNsXDmUW7e6wnyBOSaq… – well worth a listen!
