you can find all of our releases over on Bandcamp including music from Adam Carpenter Music and michael webster! here’s all of the releases we put out last year – with the two latest ones being released on the 4th December, the last Bandcamp Friday of the year!
we put a lot of work into all of these and we’re super proud of them. it’s great to have such a lovely amount of releases now! (ps. we also still have merchandise available!!) any support would be very much appreciated
only a week to go until our next Grain Radio episode!
we absolutely love making up these with some fantastic music from the North West scene, and we’ve had some absolutely fantastic music featured on them so far. can’t believe we’re at thirteen already!
we’re back with our second Cream of the Crop of the year
bit of a late post for us, but we wanted to get these out sooner rather than later in lieu of the monthly songwriter gig we do at The Thirsty Scholar, we’ve got this virtual one for you!
gracing us with their virtual presence will be Tom Welsh MILLICENT Nat Dempsey and Emily Carr – this is gonna be such a lovely day of live music! definitely not one to miss out on.
we’ll be live on Saturday 20th February between 1pm and 5pm, find out more over at our Facebook event Cream of the Crop: 20th February!
our next Fresh Batch livestream is this weekend with the lovely Ayanam Udoma Music!
this Sunday from 8pm Ayanam will be performing a full set for us and we can’t wait! we’re huge fans of Ayanam’s music and he is one of our favourite people – many drunken memories and we’ve seen him play so many times and he only gets better with every performance!
our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new single from Ade, ‘Something Good’ – it’ll be out this Friday 29th Jan and you can presave it here: http://smarturl.it/adesomethinggood
‘Something Good’ really captures Ade’s evolving sound, with a more relaxed songwriting style you can really see that he has come into his own! The production on the track is simply divine, really highlighting the influences on the track and providing a lovely calm soundscape for Ade as he sings about his own personal thoughts. Great stuff!! It’s lovely to see our friends making strides
we especially love how the country influences are super prominent throughout this, but still maintain that original and unique sound that Ade has. we can’t wait to hear more!!
