we’ve got weekly open mics at the Flour and Flagon and the Grafton Arms hosted by our michael webster – just get in touch with him for a slot

our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new single “Better In Fiction” from Harrison Rimmer!
we’ve known Harrison for a long long time now, having hosted him at gig across Manchester, caught his debut album launch in York back in 2022 and covered his music a bunch
this new single is yet another fantastic tune under his belt, with his signature storytelling lyricism immediately on display, his ability to paint a picture with his words is second to none. there’s a gorgeous atmosphere in the track, with soaring guitars and instrumentation that elevate the song expertly, and as the build of the track continues, it flows almost effortlessly into each section, and the choruses are the trademark singalong that we’ve seen with his music in the past 
it’s yet another incredible single from the North-West singer-songwriter!
