we’re back with our first gig of 2024, for our first Cream of the Crop at The Thirsty Scholar 
our run of shows over the past few years for this matinée gig have been superb, and we’ve got a stellar one in store to kick off the year, with music from Philip Lloyd Danny Carruthers Adam K and JFT 
it’s gonna be a super afternoon, we’ll be kicking off around 1pm, it’s free entry, quality drinks on offer, veggie/vegan food served all afternoon and great live music! find out more at our event Cream of the Crop: 13th January! 
we can’t wait for next Monday at The Fitzgerald for our Christmas special headline with Anyone’s Ghost 
it’s going to be a superb night, and with special guests including Harrison Rimmer indefinite articles Abi Til Decreece Cam Davies Eyam and michael webster – we’ve got a lovely one in store to celebrate a fantastic year for us!

our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new single from Andrew Bradley “Magic“, out this coming Friday 8th of December!
we’ve covered Andrew’s music before, with his album release last year – a real lovely collection of tracks, well-crafted and upbeat throughout, a fantastic introduction to his music! The Newcastle-based songwriter set himself apart with this one, and proved his songwriting ability effortlessly. 
this new single is taken from his upcoming album, and follows the first single “Fortune Teller” – this track sounds superb from the get-go, with a real ambient soundscape setting the scene, a relaxed and luscious atmosphere that precedes Andrew’s vocal coming in, alongside a lovely guitar pattern, soft and delicate pianowork – it’s a lovely and intimate track, and you can hear the passion and intricacy that he has put into it, with production elements throughout that only solidify the beauty of the track. an incredible listen! we can’t wait to hear the album!
