we are super super proud of this EP, with some absolutely beautiful songwriting and lyricism by Wanda, produced up by our very own michael webster – this song here in the video is the third track, “re: December’s Traditions”; a massive sounding grungy folk song inspired by the likes of PJ Harvey Phoebe Bridgers and Bon Iver

“Obliterate/Ugly” is over a year old?! 😎

13th May 2021adam carpenter, artist, bread, local scene, new musicLeave a Comment

how on earth has it been over a year since we released this EP “Obliterate/Ugly” with Adam Carpenter Music!?

we recorded this with Adam prior to the pandemic, then produced it all up in our studio, worked on it tirelessly during the initial lockdown (the “three-week one”!) and then released it last year on the 8th of May. it’s been a serious journey since then, but it’s absolutely amazing to see that people are still listening to this. that’s all we want for our artists, to help them create something unique and personal to them and then for people to engage with it and share in the experiences of the songs

we truly believe that some of Adam’s finest-written songs are on this EP, with punky elements, singer-songwriter elements, it’s a real expression of Adam and it’s a beautiful sight to see when a piece of music does that. highly recommend checking out “2:24” and “Obliterate Me” – such personal and relatable ideas in those songs, with a lovely lovely amount of distortion

head over to Bandcamp at www.adamcarpenter.bandcamp.com to find the EP in full. as always, it’s available on all streaming sites! drop us a comment and let us know what you think of it!

“Tidal Wave” is 3 years old today!! 🌊

4th May 2021adam carpenter, artist, bread, local scene, new musicLeave a Comment

it’s been 3 WHOLE YEARS since we released this full-length album with the one and only Adam Carpenter Music

this really set us on a journey – one of our first big releases, which we’re super proud of. all recorded, produced, mixed and mastered by michael webster. we’ve come so far since 2018 but this will always hold a special place in our hearts. Adam’s such a prolific songwriter, with lyrics that are so relatable!

head over to Bandcamp at https://adamcarpenter.bandcamp.com/album/tidal-wave to find the full album, or just search for “Tidal Wave” over on your favourite streaming site!
