we’ve been a bit quiet on the front lately, had to take a bit of time out. it’s been hard to balance all the label stuff along with actual work, but not to fret I am trying my best – just sometimes you have to take a lil bit of time for yourself. we have some exciting things coming up next month and will be chatting with u about it all shortly!

the North West Music Awards is TONIGHT with Red Spot Events livestreaming the awards direct from Gorilla!

we can not wait to find out the results – even being nominated for this was such an honour and all of your support to get us to being finalists was absolutely incredible.

it’s TIME! we’re back with our first real-life open mic of the year this coming Thursday from 5pm – 8pm! (social distancing and covid rules apply!)

come on down, have a beer, play some tunes, listen to some amazing local artists and most importantly let’s just have a bunch of old school fun.

(ps, we’re also going to have some people livestreaming in our Bread Social group as per usual, for all those who can’t make it! that one will start straight afterwards at 8pm so keep an eye out for it )

Matt’s played our virtual open mic every week for almost a year now and we can’t wait to catch him playing a full set for us! blending a singer-songwriter sound with 90s alternative influences, he’s able to bring plenty of covers and lovely originals to the table!

what’s this?! a brand new feature? each Friday, we’re launching our ‘Knead To Know’ feature where we’re highlighting some of the upcoming and best non-musical creatives here in the North West!

for our first one we have the amazing Down To Earth Promotions – based between Leeds and Liverpool, they put on gigs and festivals across the North West scene – emphasising equality on the scene (which we absolutely stand behind!)

They are actively looking for musicians and artists to perform at gigs and festivals they have in the works – and regularly do features on new music, releases and artists on the scene!! Get in touch with them to be involved with what they do. we can’t wait to see what they have planned!
