our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new single “Creature of Habit” from Plymouth-based gothic punks Mad By Mourning
following the release of their debut single “Veins” last year, they’ve returned with a stunning subsequent single, expanding on their gothic, industrial sound with a heavier, and punkier soundscape – with walls of distortion, a grungey and spooky atmosphere behind the track and a real attitude present throughout
there’s a proper groove behind the track, and an unparalleled energy carrying it along, with the rhythm working in tandem perfectly to carry the track whilst vocalist Alfie is in full command, leaving the listener hanging to his every word. with a gorgeous guitar solo and a constant and eerie power present throughout the entire track, it’s well worth a listen!
you can find the track on all streaming platforms, and the full music video is available on YouTube at https://youtu.be/13UFu2m_6Hc – check it out!

our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new single from Project Nevada “WANT ME TO BE” out this Thursday 17th August! 🙌
with an incredible run of tracks behind them, they’ve been tearing it up over in Merseyside, performing across the region and wowing audiences with their energetic live sets and upbeat tunes. 🍕
this new tune only continues with their energetic, synth-pop vibes, right from the get-go you can hear the infectious melodies, with a gorgeous synth lead directing the track, and a huge rhythm behind it, the bass, guitar and drums in perfect sync to create a real groove behind the track. this all gives the lead vocalist Tom so much space to excel, and for his powerful vocals to command the track – the chorus is a proper singalong too, we can only imagine this would be mega live! 🤘
our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new tune from Birmingham’s Baudelaire “Lose The Feeling“! 🙌
their gritty, synthy yet punky and dark tone really sets the backdrop for the track, a gorgeous and spooky atmosphere surrounds them – this is coupled with an infectious groove present throughout, which is sure to get anyone tapping their feet along. the chorus of the track is fantastic, a lovely contrast to the verses, as it almost soars above and elevates to another level; with rising synthesisers, gorgeous tones throughout and powerful vocals, it truly shows off the quality of the band here. 🌜the bridges takes it to even greater lengths, become more and more punky and breaking down so well to open up to the final chorus expertly. definitely one to check out!
you can find the track on all streaming sites, or you can check out the full music video at https://youtu.be/aCKLWSbs1SI – well worth a watch, a gorgeous video with insane choreography! 🤘
