it’s gonna be a boss one – we’ve got the amazing Strawberrylemonade Happy Athletic and Full Billy performing for us, some of the North West’s best up-and-coming bands, plus Full Billy dropped their debut single yesterday too. a proper banger!
we’ll be starting up around 7:30pm or so, it’s free entry, £3.50 pints, food served til late – going to be absolutely boss.

there’s only two days to go til our next band gig over at the Grafton Arms
it’s gonna be a mega one this, with music from some of the North West’s finest Strawberrylemonade Happy Athletic and Full Billy! these guys have been making waves on the circuit lately and we’re super stoked to be able to get them all on the bill this month. 
come on down this Saturday 14th of May from 7:30pm onwards to catch all the action – £3.50 pints, food served til late, free entry.. gonna be belting!
we’re absolutely STOKED to be able to announce this one at the end of the month. 
on the Friday 27th and Saturday 28th of May, we’ll be over at our favourite place the Grafton Arms for our 2022 edition of our mini-festival “Breadstock”!
we have a HUGE lineup sorted for this, with over 20 acts performing for us – including headline slots from Harrison Rimmer Tommy Cei The Distance The Colliers Scatterchild Tragicomics and plenty plenty more!
for this, we’ll be raising money for Manchester foodbanks in association with Joseph Holt – charities that are providing fantastic work for those most in need. you can find out more about it all on their website at https://www.joseph-holt.com/charity – it’s free entry, but we have a suggested donation of £3 to help out these charities doing essential work for their communities.
we’ll announce a full lineup very soon, it’s super exciting and we’ve got some of our favourite local acts performing for us – going to be absolutely fantastic.

we had an incredible one for our first open mic over at Foundry Project Manchester on Sunday!
big love to everyone that came down, we had so many fantastic musicians doing their thing – around 14 in total, and our feature artist Ayanam Udoma Music was incredible as always! brilliant to see!

yesterday also marked the two year anniversary of the EP “Obliterate/Ugly” we put out with Alien Clouds!
it was a super lovely honour to work on this, with our michael webster producing it and these are such a lovely collection of songs from AC – beautiful songwriting and melodies that really run so smoothly throughout the EP. we can’t believe it’s been an entire two years!

our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new single from Stone Mile “Settle Down”!
following the success of their debut single earlier this year, Stone Mile have returned with yet another huge sounding track – chock-full of lovely lead guitar riffs and explosive energy! their no-nonsense alternative rock sound really shows their class, and with gorgeous lead vocals throughout the track, they’ve created a proper banger here.
they’ve just played over at Night People and we’re seriously looking forward to seeing where these guys go now, they’ve got a real lovely vibe to their tracks and you can really tell that these guys gel so well with each other, their sound is super tight and flows smoothly throughout the length of the tracks.
