we just wanted to do a post about how lovely our open mics over at The Lass O’Gowrie and Grafton Arms have been as of late!

we’ve had some absolutely incredible ones, and the stages have been graced by some of Manchester’s finest talents. it’s so great to be able to provide such a great platform for musicians and artists to perform, and we’ve heard so many fantastic people and had such a great laugh along the way!

we host The Grafton on every Tuesday night, and The Lass every Wednesday night – if you want to come and play, it’s open to everyone! just get in touch with michael webster for a slot!

absolutely STOKED to be able to say that the Anyone’s Ghost EP “A Good Winter In June” we put out earlier this year has just hit 14,000 streams on Spotify

not only that, but we have ONE cassette tape left for it – we’re blown away by the support you guys have been giving for the release. we sold out of t-shirts in like 12 hours, had some absolutely beautiful reviews from you all and we’ve shipped tapes and shirts all across the world, from Australia to the US to Europe to here in Manchester!

here at the label we’re so proud of this release – a full thirty minutes of gothic folk shoegazy goodness courtesy of Wanda and produced and recorded by our very own michael webster!

just a little update on our releases as of late.. we’ve been so focused on the live stuff and it’s all going so well!

however, we just wanted to say that our EP with Anyone’s Ghost is at over 12,500 streams!! how on earth!? we’re so grateful for everyone who has taken the time to listen to it.. we’re so proud of what michael webster and Wanda produced and it’s lush to see you all loving it!

also, with the releases this year from michael and Olivia Browse we’re actually at a grand total of 22k streams. how fantastic is that!! a big shout out to all our fantastic artists

we absolutely can not wait for this one, been in the making for a while and now it’s finally here! there’s already a fantastic bill of artists involved – some of Manchester’s finest talent coming down and doing their thing!

supporting the fantastic Blacksheeplad on his EP launch, there’ll be music from michael and Liam McClair as well gonna be a top night of live music! super stoked to be over at such a lovely venue!

we’re SUPER looking forward to this one!

from next Wednesday 22nd Sept (not tomorrow!) we’ll be starting up our brand new open mic at The Lass O’Gowrie here in Manchester! The Lass is a cornerstone of the scene, having hosted one of the best open mics in the past and we’re stoked to be able to bring it back!

we’ll be doing this every Wednesday from 8pm – get in contact with our very own michael webster if you want a slot! gonna be absolutely fantastic. a lovely lovely pub with some top beers available on tap! find out more at our Facebook event The Lass open mic!
