we’ve been fans of The Cutter for a while now and they’ve just put out their self-titled EP! we’ve heard a few of these tunes before, and we love the effort they put in to create a gorgeous soundscape in their music. they’ve got a real sense of identity, and they’re able to paint a picture with not only their lyricism but with the instrumentation, utilising both to create intricately-crafted tunes that will get anyone moving about!
Will Walton just dropped their new single “natural ecosystems” – opens up with a real driving rhythm, setting the stage for a no-nonsense protest tune. you can hear their influences throughout this track, ranging from punk to folk – and it’s a real singalong anthem, proving their lyrical capabilities and musical expertise. it’s a real tune for the lefties this one!
Motel Sundown have just released their new single “Colours in the Rain” – a luscious country/americana tune from the Liverpool-based band. right from the get-go, there’s gorgeous guitar riffs, and the vocal sounds lovely, they both take centre-stage and command the listener’s attention immediately – telling a story with both the lyrics and the riffs. you can really hear the musicianship in this track from the band, coming together to create a gorgeous tune that you’ll definitely have on repeat.

we’ve know Luna Marble for years now, and we love their tunes – they’ve just released this new single “‘Crazy Loving“! it’s got their usual signature sound, with such attention to detail and huge anthemic atmosphere, with Maria’s incredible vocal taking centre-stage, backed with expert musical ability, they’re able to convey so much within their songs both lyrically and musically. there’s always a real groove to their tunes, and this one is yet another incredible track in their repertoire!
Dee Rae has just released the new EP “The Worst Is Over“! right from the get-go, it sounds unreal, a gorgeous intimate atmosphere, highlighting their lyrical quality and ability to tell a story through the words – and the instrumentation compliments this superbly. with luscious soundscapes behind the tracks, with a lovely americana touch, gorgeous violin patterns and guitar melodies, and grounding bass and drumwork, it’s a fantastic listen and well worth checking out!
Liverpool-based Brides have just dropped their new EP “Leche“! the midwest/emo outfit have been making a name for themselves across the North West for a while now, and with tunes as great as these it’s not hard to see why – their tunes have a real driving and powerful energy to them, maintaining both intimacy and ferocity, balancing the dynamic expertly whilst writing tunes with raw, passionate and relatable lyricism – a fantastic EP!
