this week we’ve been celebrating two of our releases with Narwhals
today was the three year anniversary of our first track with them on the label, “3310 & A Pterosaur“, such a fantastic tune and an incredible indication of their songwriting ability and musicianship 
and on Sunday was the one year anniversary of the second to last track we put out with them, “Unstitched” with Thē one of our favourites, such a raw track and a fantastic listen!

our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new debut single “Twenty-Two” from Tyler Devine!
the Manchester-based songwriter has been performing across the city for a good while now, making a mark with his delicate, intricately-woven songs, with expert storytelling present throughout each of his tracks
this new single sounds mega, and is true evidence of his talent – his lyricism is class in this track, really painting a story with his words, and the song has a quiet, yet fierce energy behind it; it’s got a real heartfelt and personal feel to it, the build of the structure works excellently, opening up throughout the flow of the song, to a lovely full band sound – it’s a fantastic tune and what a debut!

we had such a special night down at the Eagle Inn on Thursday for our fifth issue of “The Monthly Spread”
a lovely attentive audience, great to see and a huge thank you to everyone who made it down – plus, unreal performances from all of our acts Giovanni’s Room, Valentyne, Olivia Browse, Cloe Velez, The Cosmonaut Cassettes and michael webster – brilliant to see such high levels of quality on the stage
we can’t wait for even more – we’ll be back next month, and another fantastic lineup on the cards! keep your eyes peeled for more info in the next week
we’re so blown away by all the support you all have been showing for the new Eyam single “Jenny” which came out two weeks ago today! 
already at 3,300 streams on Spotify alone, it’s fantastic to see such support for the track and so well-deserved for Eyam, such a talented songwriter, musician and creative. we had a lot of fun working on this track and can’t wait to see what the future holds!
