A big shout to each of the artists for letting us use their music for this – featuring music from:
our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new single from the amazing YNES “God’s Little Punching Bag”!
returning with yet another lovely tune, YNES has been making waves across the Midlands with brit-pop fused indie rock tunes and this song is one of our favourites yet!!
with upbeat guitarwork, self-conscious lyricism and witty humour throughout, this song is an anthem of a doomed youth – a proper tune that will stick in your head for ages. definitely one to watch, we wouldn’t be surprised if YNES was headlining stages across the UK at all! another fantastic release from Grrrlgroannn!
we’re super EXCITED TO BE ABLE TO SAY Olivia Browse‘s new single ‘Calendar Girl’ featuring Szou will be out on the 10th of September!!
we have heard a sneak preview of the tune and can confirm it’s a 100% certified banger absolutely fantastic!! we can’t wait for you all to hear it and put it on before you go out and party
we’re always looking out for new music to feature, and now we’re even looking for original musicians to perform at our gigs!
we’ve had some absolutely lovely gigs lately, and we’ve got even more plans for lots coming up! if you’re interested in performing for us, or getting your new music featured, drop us an email at michael@breadrecords.co.uk to get in touch!

our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new single from Elmo Ashall-Kelly Music, “Dedicated to the Best Friend”!
we’ve known Elmo for a very long time, one of the most prolific songwriters in Manchester with such a unique and chilled style, and lovely guitarwork – his songs are super lovely and really get his message across in the way that he wants to.
this new song “Dedicated to the Best Friend” is another fantastic release from him, following his latest single last year. with a luscious fingerpicking melody, and personal and image-inducing lyrics, this is a lovely ballad of friendship that we can all relate to. the video is fantastic too!
this will be released on this coming Friday 13th August on all streaming sites, but in the meantime you can head over to his linktree at https://linktr.ee/elmoakmusic where you can find this video in full! well worth a watch. drop him a follow on Spotify too to be notified when the single is out!

our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new single from Elizabeth Owens, “Receiver”!
blending atmospheric sounds, with lovely synths, and vocal stylings similar to that of Kate Bush, Caroline Polachek, Eli has really created a truly unique sound for themselves – we absolutely love what they are doing and all of their songs are simply beautiful! the production work on this song is sublime and really entrances the listener in. super great!
this song is part of their up-coming album, “Knock Knock”, an album which is “told in three acts, the record explores themes of sobriety, ego deconstruction, and spiritual materialism” – how insane does this sound? we can not WAIT to hear it.
