they’ve been making waves on the Manchester indie/dream-pop circuit for a good while now, having performed across the city and released a bunch of incredible tunes ๐ถ
this new single sounds mega, it’s a real feel-good summery anthem, with a lovely atmosphere behind the track, some luscious synth melodies and guitar riffs and a proper upbeat rhythm section, that gives so much space for the main vocal to take command – with relatable and personal lyricism, it’s definitely one to dance about to โ๏ธ
then on the Friday 22nd we’ve got a headline with Eyam celebrating the release of his new single, and with support from Luke Hart and Alwyn Jones, we’ve got a superb evening in store
the brand new full EP “Live At The Church” from Scatterchild is out now! ๐
featuring live renditions of some of our favourite tunes, recorded at Sacred Trinity Church by Matthew Fisher, we’re super proud to have this live EP out. ๐ฟ
our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new single from Natalie Holmes “To Be A Woman“!
the UK-based songwriter has released a bunch of singles in the run to her upcoming album, and seen some incredible reception to her tracks – with a tour planned for October as well
her delicate and intricate songwriting style is ever-present throughout this track, crafting a personal and raw story with her lyricism, delving into the track with passion and emotion – with gorgeous percussion, strings and harp complimenting the pianowork and her vocals excellently, it’s a brilliantly composed track that’s sure to keep you listening over and over again
the single is available to stream on all platforms, and there’s a full music video on YouTube at https://youtu.be/_nfxw_hOjwo – well worth a watch
