our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new single from Oli Barton, “You Just Played My Mind“! 🎶
the indie-rock songwriter returns with a brand new track, following the success of his previous few singles – and having performed a bunch across London recently, he’s really come into his own as one to watch on the UK scene 🤝
“You Just Played My Mind” is a track to remember, with a dark and moody undertone set to a bright and upbeat backdrop – a gorgeous contrast in the tune. the lyrics are raw and passionate, and proves his worth as a songwriter, and with a massive chorus that is bound to get you singing along! the bridge is great, a lovely drop that builds and builds to the final chorus, a great dynamic that sounds incredible. 🙌
you can find the track on all streaming platforms, and there’s a lyric video on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9RTohiItcJE – well worth checking out! 💫
