the Chester-based songwriter has been on the scene for a good while now, and a familiar face at shows across the city – having caught him performing a bunch, we’re big fans of his music 🎸
this new EP covers topics of a modern age, including family, love and loss – it sounds fantastic, with gorgeous fingerpicking guitar melodies throughout the entire release, and his soft and delicate vocal delivering lovely tales, his songwriting talent is on full display, with expert lyricism, he’s able to paint a picture effortlessly with his words. it’s a great listen and a real intimate record 💿

then on the Friday 15th, we’re hosting “An Evening of Grief and Ghosts” at the Eagle Inn, a co-headline show from Lexxi Raine and Lucy Wentworth, with support from the amazing Emma Echo and Marc Gallagher
and finally on the Friday 22nd we’re back at the Eagle Inn again for a headline show with Eyam, celebrating the release of his new single “I Need To Swim (Demo)“! with support from the brilliant Luke Hart and Alwyn Jones

a familiar face on the North West scene, they’ve been making waves for a good few years now, having put out a bunch of incredible tunes, and performing all across the region and selling out shows on the regular in their Preston hometown 🎶
this new track sounds fantastic, blending their earlier indie-rock roots with more metal-infused, heavier elements that really paves the way for their anthemic, driving brand of alternative rock – with expert lyricism, they’re able to paint a picture with their lyrics, matched with instrumentation that compliments the wordcraft fantastically, the track ebbs and flows and truly feels like a journey with the band. it’s a brilliant listen! 👊
