: Scatterchild “An Everyday Landscape” Album Launch
our final artist performing tonight at Band on the Wall for us is the inimitable Scatterchild
described as high drama, emotionally intense, or sometimes as just ‘sad yelling’, their music is rife with detail, disarmingly honest writing, soaring vocals and textured arrangements akin to likes of Bowie, with the energy of Everything Everything and the thematic potency of Radiohead.
SCATTERCHILD is a project driven by staying true to its own vision of excellence, being ambitious beyond its station, and making sure that excitement permeates every song, regardless of it being a blindingly fast punk tune, or
a heartachingly solemn ballad. As aggressively memorable as their angular logo suggests, they always aim to go bolder, bigger, and meet the ambition they’re often praised for by fans and the press.
