Manchester-based pyncher have just put out their new single “At The Seaside“! they’ve had an incredible run of music lately, and we’re huge fans of them – this new tune sounds fantastic, a real cool, effortless groove behind the track, with a 90’s alternative nostalgia feel thrown in there. the song starts moody and stripped-back, yet opens up to a proper wall of sound feel, with a lovely offering of distortion, proving themselves as a must-watch band for 2025!

Remote have just dropped “Five Thousand Miles“! we were huge fans of their previous EP, and this new single sounds gorgeous, a real melodic and intricate acoustic track, that’s got lovely vocal melodies, a proper jazzy and soulful feel behind it, and a lovely rhythm section that gives the track a real flow of life to it. it’s a lovely song of romance, with image-inducing lyricism that really proves their songwriting ability – definitely one to listen to!

Atheana just released their new single “Burden“! this is their first release of the year, following a few singles in 2022-23, and it’s a fantastic new offering, giving us a proper heavy tune – it’s got walls of distortion behind it, driving rhythm and powerful and commanding vocals! they’ve got a fantastic balance between heavier elements and more lighter, airy sections, really creating something that’s truly true to themselves – a great listen!

another of our favourites on the scene, Luke Hart has just put out his second single “Till Again She Is Mine“! we’re huge fans of Luke’s songwriting ability, his talent to be able to craft and convey emotion always blows us away, and his honest and raw songwriting is second to none – this new single is true evidence of it! the track sounds gorgeous, a lovely balance of raw piano and vocals, and enforces a real focus on his lyricism – it’s a gorgeous listen!

Chloe Foy has just released her second album “Complete Fool“! it’s a gorgeous album, a lovely balance of pop, folk and indie genres, that come together effortlessly to create something that is truly unique to herself – with a real ear for a catchy melody, beautiful vocal harmonies, you can really hear the effort and passion put into the creation of each tune. she has a real ability to put raw passion into each of her lyrics, and not only make something that is artistically lovely, but also catchy and relatable. it’s an incredible listen!

Manchester post-punk outfit Pomona have just dropped their new single “Double Yellows“! it’s a real in-your-face tune, opening up straight away with a no-nonsense guitar riff, driving drums and bass, and commanding vocals, they’re not pulling any punches with this tune. with an anthemic chorus, a proper singalong hook, punchy verses and a gorgeous, atmospheric, and dynamic middle eight, they’ve ensured their musicality and songwriting talent is on full display with this track.

Manchester-based Tesni has just released the new single “Nothingโ€™s New Again“! it’s a gorgeous acoustic ballad, complete with expert lyricism, with raw and descriptive songwriting ability, a luscious guitar melody paving the base of the track, and an infectious, driving rhythm section that compliments the song so well. Tesni’s vocal glides across the instrumentation superbly, flowing like a silky river and utilising melodies to really create something that sounds so beautiful!

Manchester indie-rock outfit Glacmanis have just dropped their second album “Radiomanis“! we had them perform for us in the past and we loved their energetic performance, their quality, catchy tunes and there’s a real feel-good factor to their music. this new album has a much more acoustic-y feel to it, delving more into indie-folk elements, and with lovely vocal melodies and harmonies throughout, gorgeous guitar licks and driving rhythm, there’s a whole bunch of fantastic tunes on this album – well worth checking out!
