our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new single from Jessica Luise Music, ‘Nice Try’! 🙂

we first heard Jess’s music back last year, and we instantly loved it! after the release of her last single ‘Television Mister’, she’s back in 2021 with another absolute tune! ❤️ ‘Nice Try’ blends Jess’s singer-songwriter lyricism with an indie-rock sound (even with a touch of surf rock-esque riffs!), complete with full band – sounds absolutely incredible. definitely one to watch for this year! ☀️

our third artist performing for us this Saturday for Cream of the Crop: 18th July is the amazing Jessica Luise Music 🤘

we’ve only been aware of her music for a month or so now but we’re blown away by her talent! she’s got a few songs out on Spotify, one of which we featured on a past episode of Grain Radio and we love her mellow and intricate music! 🙌
