today’s Just The Crust feature is the brand new single from Bonfire Tide “Elskan”! ☀️

returning after the success of their debut single, they’ve done a fantastic debut gig, had radio and playlists play their tunes, and now they’ve got another great tune under their belt. 😊

with a gorgeous and soulful piano line, fantastic vocals comparable to the likes of The National and Bon Iver, the track sounds absolutely dreamy. sounding absolutely perfect for a rainy and calm day, or when you’re in the mood to unwind and relax 🥰 the vocal harmonies throughout really bring the track to life, and the calming yet intricate instrumentation really shows the high calibre of musicianship throughout the band.

the debut single from the Manchester-based outfit, this is a real indication of what’s to come from them! a beautifully put-together track, reminiscent of early 2000’s indie/folk nostalgia, Bonfire Tide have created a lovely soundscape for this track with waving guitars, almost angelic vocals and a driving rhythm. definitely one to check out! 🤠
