we had a superb turnout, especially for the cold start of the year – a huge thank you to everyone who came down and for being so attentive during everyone’s sets! we love to see it. big love to our fantastic acts Underground Folk Collective Wanda Roslyn Fionnuala Bradbury Toenails Isabel Williamson Music michael webster who were all incredible!

we’ve got a fantastic month in store this January to kick off 2025! 💥

this coming Thursday we return to the Eagle Inn for our next issue of The Monthly Spread, and a fantastic one in store with music from Underground Folk Collective, Wanda Roslyn, Fionnuala Bradbury, Toenails, Isabel Williamson Music and michael webster – 7pm start! 🗞️

then on the Friday 17th of January we’re back at the Eagle Inn for our brand new alternative band night “BAKED” – starting up strong with the amazing ByWednesday, Frank & The Beats, and The Hearse on the bill – 7:30 start, we can’t wait for these 👊

our final gig of January is on the Saturday 25th at The Castle Hotel for a headline show by our very own Eyam – following the release of his debut single “Jenny” on the label, the day before! with support from Wanda Roslyn and Family Tree, we’ve got a super special one in store 🌙

we’ve got another incredible month of gigs coming up in December

this Sunday we’re back on down at The Thirsty Scholar for our final Cream of the Crop of 2024, with music from the amazing talents of Charley Westing, Rory G King, Summerhouse + Alisha Peters – a lovely one in store, 1pm start!

on the Thursday 19th we return to the Eagle Inn for our next of our newest nights, “The Monthly Spread“, and we’ve got an incredible lineup in store with Walter Kocays, Scatterchild, Joe Kutryk, michael webster and more tba!

we’ve got a fundraiser for British Heart Foundation in collaboration with Rob at the Eagle Inn on the Saturday 21st, it’s gonna be a super one with a whole bunch of incredible acts – 5pm start or so! more info to come

and finally on the Saturday 28th of December, we’ve got a lovely end of year The Slice at the Grafton Arms – finalising some lineups for this but it’s bound to be a special way to end the year – all in aid of The Christie Charity

plus, with a bunch of open mics run by our michael webster at Flour & Flagon, Grafton Arms, The Dockyard and Rewind NQ – there’s plenty to get involved with, just get in touch for a slot!
