ooosh what a night yesterday over at The Bread Shed Manchester for our first “Loafin’ Around” with Farrow & Friends Promotions!
massive love to all the acts who played, yous all absolutely smashed your sets and really made it a special one. big up Midnight People Oli Boyton Tommy Cei Margo and Walter Kocays! some of the best up-and-coming talent here in Manchester, well worth checking out. 
we were astounded by the turnout and a huge thank you to everyone who came down, Ethan on the sound, Max taking photos, The Bread Shed for hosting us and ofc our partner in crime Laura Farrow for all the hard work she put in 
keep your eyes peeled for even more in the future!

we’ll be starting up around 7pm or so, come on down and catch some amazing musicians performing in a lovely venue gonna be proper boss this. only £6 OTD to get four hours of live music!

last month’s was fantastic, so great to have bands playing at The Grafton and we had a super lovely one – can’t wait for Saturday’s gig with Whatever The Weather, Monday Night Special and Indoor Shoes! some of the North West’s best up-and-coming talent playing for us here.

our feature for today’s Just The Crust is the brand new single from Chris Tavener “Right Back Again” out now!
another in a long line of fantastic releases from Chris, this new single is sublime – with a touch of his usual witty lyricism and tongue in cheek style, he’s taking a slightly more serious note on this track, and he’s really crafted a lovely tune here!
resting on a bed of a lovely chord progression, his vocal seamlessly glides over the song, and the chorus sounds absolutely lush – we can imagine this to be a real singalong one over at gigs. the relaxed soundscape behind the track is gorgeous too, with luscious lead guitar riffs and piano melodies that really compliment his vocal super well here.
it’s really nice to see the variety here, moving away from his comedic and witty style (which of course we love!) to a more serious note – a real talent being able to manoeuvre through songwriting like this. well worth giving this one a listen, you can find it over on Spotify at https://open.spotify.com/artist/0Wqjp93HsOwxt4FyXQCYyY
